With this method, one entity handles both design and construction. It streamlines communication, speeds up the process, and reduces risk for our client.
➡️ Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR)
In this model, a construction manager joins early in the design process and guarantees project delivery within a maximum price. It allows for early cost input, greater collaboration, and fewer surprises—ideal for complex or fast-track projects.
➡️ Job Order Contracting (JOC)
Used mostly for clients in the public sector or facility maintenance, it provides a pre-set price book and terms for quick project execution.
